"Lecho" with peppers and tomatoes
5 kg bell pepper
4 kg tomatoes
1 glass vegetable oil
1 glass sugar
2 Art. l. 9% vinegar
2 Art. l. salt
This recipe canning - one of the favorite for many mistresses. It turns out tasty, versatile snack, suitable for any occasion and dish.
Wash the tomatoes well, run them through a meat grinder.
Wash peppers, remove seeds, cut into 4-6 pieces each.
Tomato mass placed in a large pot, add salt, add the butter and sugar.
When the tomato mass boils, add to it chopped pepper, bring the mixture back to a boil and boil for half an hour, then remove from heat, add the vinegar.
Next canning is done as follows: letcho poured into sterilized jars and lids rolled.
