Pickled hot peppers
To 1 liter of water:
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
dried dill
pepper
carnation
green hot pepper
Bring water to a boil for several minutes to boil the peppers, then put it in jars, pour boiling water and leave to cool.
When the water in the jars to cool, pour it back into the saucepan, add the sugar, salt, vinegar, pepper, cloves and dill and bring to a boil.
Next canning is done as follows: pepper poured boiling marinade, banks rolled the covers and flipped upside down to cool.
