Assorted Rainbow"
5 peas bitter pepper
3 sheet Laurel
4 tbsp. citric acid
water
greens (celery, parsley, dill)
cucumber
tomato
sweet pepper

zucchini
Vegetables are taken in the following proportions: part 2 cucumbers 2 pieces of tomatoes and 1 part sweet peppers, squash and zucchini.
Greens, rinse, Pat dry, put on the bottom of the jar (a jar to take capacity 3l), put 2-3 Bay leaves, 5 peas bitter pepper.
Put into a jar prepared cucumbers, then squash, on the tomatoes, the last of the zucchini, all proclivity greens.
For the marinade 1.3 l of water to take 4 tbsp. of citric acid, bring to the boil for 2-3 minutes to boil, then allow to cool to 60 degrees, pour the marinade vegetables (to retreat from the edge of the banks of 3-4 cm, but close marinade the vegetables).
