Firewood Veal
1 l vegetable oil
500 g veal (pork)
2-3 eggs
3 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. seasonings
1 h. l. dried garlic
salt
Slice the meat very thin slices, to repel, cut into narrow stripes, beat off again so that the meat has become almost transparent.
Beat eggs, combine the flour, garlic, seasoning and salt.
Each piece of meat dipped in beaten eggs, then breaded in flour mixture.
Fry in deep fat meat for 1 min in small portions.
Shots dish lettuce, they put the firewood pile of veal.
This Christmas snack is not only pleasant surprise, but will appeal to all guests.
