400 g veal

40 g ham or smoked meat

40 g bacon (fat)

2 eggs

2 tbsp. butter

1 the cucumber

1 tsp. flour

For prescription taken the flesh of veal.

Veal notched so as to obtain a large reservoir, repel, salt.

Bacon cut into thin slices, also chop and ham or smoked meat.

Beat the eggs and fry in butter, allow to cool.

Cucumber finely chopped.

A layer of veal, put the bacon and the ham, put the eggs on top, sprinkle with chopped cucumber.

Turn the veal roll, tie strings, then with two sides and fry in a hot pan.

Place the roll on the sheet, add a little water, cook in the oven for 1-1 .5 hours, basting occasionally catching sochka.

Left after frying meat juice fill with flour, feeding the roll of veal "Karlovy vary" with rice, salad, steamed vegetables or roasted potatoes and flour sauce.
