2 kg veal

200 g bacon

4 potatoes

4 boiled eggs

500 g 1 package (400 -) frozen vegetable mix

Veal incision lengthwise, spread out and fight off so as to form a thin layer. Bacon cut into thin strips. Boil potatoes, cool, add butter and mash. Frozen mixed vegetables (without defrosting) pour in boiling salted water, cook for 10-12hv, split in half and half to beat blender puree. Connect vegetables and mashed potatoes, pepper, salt, and pour the rest of the mixture boiled and chopped greens and mix thoroughly. The resulting mass lay out on a meat layer, the middle lay along in a row peeled boiled egg, roll the meat into a roll. Roll wrap strips of bacon, put in a greased form and bake at 220 degrees for 40hv, then reduce temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another hour, pouring juice, which was formed.
