Rolls of veal meat
1 kg pulp veal
1 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 glass milk
1-2 eggs
100 g cheese
vegetable oil (for frying)
ground black pepper
salt
Veal chop finely, repelling each slice, pepper and salt.
Cheese rubbed on a fine grater and put on each piece of veal, wring meat and cheese rolls.
Roll in flour each roll, dip in a mixture of milk and eggs, again in flour and fry in deep fat.
Before serving, put on the rolls on skewers and garnish with greens.
