The "store" squash caviar
3 medium zucchini
3-4 garlic cloves
2 onions
2-3 tomato
1 sweet bell pepper
1-2 carrots
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
dry coriander
greens
black pepper
salt
Peel zucchini, cut crosswise, grind in a meat grinder, place the squash mixture into the pan, start to simmer in its own juice.
Peeled and grated on a grater onion and carrot fry in butter, adding small pieces of pepper, allow to cool, then grind in a blender, combine squash with mass, simmer for 15 minutes, add pepper and salt, add spices, tomato paste, vinegar, mayonnaise, put another 5 minutes, add chopped in a blender with the parsley and a bit of dill and finely chopped garlic, continue cooking for another 5 minutes
