Jam from squash
Ingredients:
1 kg the scallops
1 kg sugar
Squash cut, remove the seeds, peel, cut into large pieces and soak in cold water for 5 hours. Then drain in a colander. When the water flow down, skip the squash through a meat grinder. Cook syrup (1 kg sugar 1/2 l of water), add the squash, stir and cook until tender.
