Meat with mushrooms in a pot
400 g pulp beef
100 g dried mushrooms
2 potatoes
1 onions
0,5 glass sour cream
2 tbsp. ghee
1 tbsp. chopped dill
black pepper
salt
Soak the mushrooms in cold water for an hour before cooking, then cook in the same water after straining. Chop the cooked mushrooms slices, broth again strain.
Diced beef, fry it in butter, finely chopped onion, add the meat and fry everything for another 3 minutes, add salt.
Put into the pot first potato, diced, then the mushrooms and beef, add 0.5 cups of broth, spices, sour cream and herbs, stewed meat with mushrooms in a pot for 40 minutes.
