750 g the flesh of beef

750 g cabbage

4-5 PCs fresh white mushrooms

1/2 glass pickled mushrooms

1 PCs carrots

3 PCs potatoes

1 PCs turnip

2 onion - head

1 PCs celery with greens

1 PCs parsley root with herbs

1 tbsp. dill

3 PCs Bay leaf

4-5 garlic cloves

1 tbsp. butter or ghee

100 g sour cream

8 black pepper - corns

Beef pour 2 1/2 quarts cold water and add 1/2 of the roots (carrots, parsley, celery and onion, season with salt and cook until tender meat. The strain broth, meat cut into slices.

In clay pot put the shredded cabbage, pour 1/2 liter of broth, add the oil, close and place in a moderately heated oven.

Mushrooms, chopped straw, and potatoes, cut into cubes, put in a saucepan, pour part of the broth and cook until almost cooked.

The remaining broth bring to a boil, put the chopped meat, chopped onion, remaining roots and turnips, cut into julienne strips, pepper, Bay leaf, salt and bring to a boil. Then add the cabbage, potatoes and mushrooms, cook for 20 minutes.

The finished soup, add finely chopped dill and garlic and let sit for 15 minutes.

Before serving, season the soup coarsely chopped salted mushrooms and sour cream.
