The cheese soup with mushrooms and meat
200 g minced
100 g mushrooms
2 processed cheese
2 head onions
1 stem leeks
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
spices, salt
Beef seasoning spices, pepper and salt, until soft fry in oil.
Peel and finely chop onion, rings and chop the leeks, add the minced meat and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the minced meat with onions in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt, cook the broth, some broth to separate, to dissolve the cheese, to enter back into the soup.
Chop the mushrooms, fry in butter and add to the soup, bring to boil, boil for 5 minutes
When serving cheese soup with mushrooms and meat, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
