Roast beef, vegetables and mushrooms
500 g flesh beef
200 g fresh mushrooms
50 g dried mushrooms
50 g butter

Slice the beef slices, rub with salt and pepper, fry in a pan with butter with finely chopped onion until soft.
Carrots and mushrooms chopped, dried mushrooms pre-boil, add the meat, put the pan in the oven. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to hot, fry until done all, to stand out from time to time watering meat juice, stirring.
Before serving, arrange roast beef, vegetables and mushrooms with fresh herbs.
