0,5 kg potatoes
0,5 kg pork
150 g onions
150 g carrots
100 g mushrooms
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tsp. salt
red pepper
marjoram
black pepper

For this recipe you can cook chicken or beef.
Finely chop the peeled onions and carrots, washed mushrooms cut into plastics, carrots and onions fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes, add mushrooms, cook for another 1-2 minutes, add 1 tsp. salt.
Pork rinse, Pat dry, cut in big pieces, add crushed garlic, pepper, salt and add the marjoram, stir by hand.
Arrange all the ingredients evenly in 4 pot on the bottom of the meat, pepper and salt, then 1 tbsp of the mixture of mushrooms and vegetables, stir, add the sliced potatoes, put the remaining vegetable mixture, gently mix it with the potatoes, add boiling water so that it covers the vegetables, cover the pot lids.
Cooked pork roast in the pot at a temperature of 200 degrees for one hour, put the ceramic pot in the preheated oven.
