Sour soup
Ingredients:
900 g the flesh of beef
500 g ham
30 g dried mushrooms
200 g sauerkraut
1 onion - head
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. wheat flour

1 glass sour cream
1-2 PCs parsley root
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/2 l water - 3
salt - to taste
Beef, ham, pre-soaked mushrooms and spices, cover with water and cook for 3 hours, at the end of the salt. Ready broth.
Sauerkraut and chopped onions fry in butter until tender, stir in flour, then combine the broth and bring to a boil.
When serving, put in a bowl of sliced meat, mushrooms, pour the soup, put the sour cream.
