Stewed potatoes with sour cream
10 potatoes
1 glass sour cream (or cream)
dill
spices
salt
Peel and cut the potatoes into circles and place in a ceramic bowl.
Salt and add to the potatoes and spices, then pour in the cream, cover and cook in the oven until tender.
Before serving, sprinkle the potatoes with sour cream and chopped dill.
