Salmon stewed in sour cream
300-400 g carcass pink (middle)
150 g sour cream
1 medium onions
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
sauce for fish
dried herbs
500 g potatoes
greens
salt to taste
Salmon cut into pieces the width of 1-1,5 cm, a little salt. Onion mince, fry. The top lay the slices of salmon. Pour sour cream diluted with a small amount of boiled water with spices. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt to taste. Separately boil the potatoes. Serve with potatoes.
