Stewed in sour cream chicken
450 g sweet red pepper
450 g chicken
250 ml sour cream 15%
200 g onions
20 g fresh Basil
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
Pepper remove seeds, cut into small cubes, just chop the chicken and onions.
The pan is well heated, pour 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil, fry the chicken until cooked, about 7 minutes, put it from the pan.
Add to the pan for another tablespoon of vegetable oil, put onion and pepper, saute onion until transparent and soft pepper, about 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium, add to the pan the chicken, sour cream, one third of the Basil, season with salt, stir, simmer, closing the lid, about 5-7 minutes, if necessary, add 50 ml of warm boiled water.
Served stewed in sour cream chicken with any garnish before serving, decorated with remaining Basil.
