Pink salmon braised in cream
300-400 g pink salmon carcasses (middle)
150 g sour cream
1 average onions
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
black pepper
seasoning for fish
Dried herbs
500 g potato
greens
Salt to taste
Pink salmon cut into pieces of 1-1.5 cm in width, a little salt. Mince the onion, fry. Top put slices of pink salmon. Pour sour cream diluted small amount of boiled water with spices. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add salt to taste. Separately, boil the potatoes. Serve with potatoes.
