Pink salmon in cream
1 kg pink salmon fillet
4 onions
1 heavy cream
? glass sour cream
1 carrot
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper
salt
Slice the carrot and onion, saute until golden brown in butter.
Salt and pepper the fish fillets, put it in a greased form, sprinkle with fried vegetables, pour the cream, mix with salt and sour cream.
Humpback cream baked in an average temperature without lid for 40 minutes.
