Pink salmon stuffed with mushrooms and cheese

Clean the fish, gutted, cut off the head, tail and fins. Remove the spine with rib bones.

For stuffing mushrooms and finely chop the onion.

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter, add the nutmeg, salt and pepper, stir and refrigerate.

Mix mushroom mass with grated cheese.
