Warm salad-sauce for kebabs
3 tomato
3 eggplant
1 pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
green onions
salt
Wash the vegetables, put on the grill (with the exception of Luke), bake over coals until you crack the skin for about 15-20 min, remove from grill.
Pepper put in a plastic bag, wrap tightly, leave on for 10-15 minutes, then peel the pepper and other vegetables.
Finely chop the vegetables, chop green onions, join, add vegetable oil and salt, stir and serve warm salad-sauce for kebabs.
