Kebabs with salmon and potatoes
400-500 g fresh salmon
what kind of salmon to choose? we'll show
12-16 pickles small
3 tuber potatoes (small)
ground pepper
vegetable oil
salt
You will also need 6-8 wooden skewers, which should be soaked in cold water for 20 minutes
Brush wash the potatoes, pour hot boiled water until ready to boil, allow to cool, peel.
Chop the potato slices, sprinkle with paprika, salt, drizzle with oil.
Large cubes cut the salmon, sprinkle with black pepper, salt, drizzle with oil.
To wear, alternating on each skewer on 3 slices of potatoes and 3 cubes of fish, cook the kebabs for 5 minutes on the grill or in a very hot oven (fish must seize it, but to still be raw inside), then on skewers with edge wear, 2 cucumber.
Serve the kebabs with salmon and potatoes immediately.
