Skewers with ham and new potatoes
300 g cooked smoked ham
24 tuber young potatoes
3 head red onion (large)
pepper (to taste)
salt
Wash potatoes, place in boiling salted water until ready to boil, allow to cool.
Peel, coarsely chop the onion so that it can be strung on skewers, pour boiling water, drain.
Pepper cut into cubes.
Large cubes and chop the potatoes and ham.
On each wooden skewer strung on 3 slices of potato, alternating with ham, onions and peppers.
Cook skewers with ham and new potatoes on the grill until Browning.
