Skewers with chicken and cherry tomatoes
500 g chicken
8 cherry tomatoes
2 sweet pepper
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. wine vinegar
ground black pepper
salt
Combine oil and vinegar, pepper and salt, coarsely chop the chicken, pour the marinade and leave it for half an hour.
Cut the pepper slices.
Strung on skewers pepper, chicken and cherry tomatoes, alternating.
Fry until cooked skewers on the grill.
Post skewers with chicken and cherry tomatoes on pita bread, garnished with herbs.
