Chicken skewers with sweet pepper
500 g chicken
2 sweet pepper
2 pen green onions
2 Art. l. wine vinegar
2 Art. l. grated ginger root
3 h. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. greenery thyme
ground black pepper
salt
Beat ginger, thyme, vinegar, pepper, oil, salt and green onion in a blender until smooth.
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces, roll them in the prepared mixture to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Coarsely chop the peppers and fry it in vegetable oil and salt.
Pieces of chicken and peppers strung on skewers, alternating, brush with marinade.
Fry until cooked on the grill.
Post chicken skewers with sweet pepper on lettuce.
