Chicken skewers with roasted potatoes
600 g chicken
6 potatoes
1 onions
1 glass vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter

Parsley and thyme

Cut chicken in large pieces. Onion RUB on a grater, add the thyme, salt, pepper, mix well, marinate in a mixture of chicken for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Strung chicken on skewers, cook the skewers over charcoal, basting occasionally with butter.
Cut the potatoes into strips, fry in deep fat.
Apply chicken skewers with roasted potatoes, and decorate it with greenery and watering melted butter.
