Chicken skewers

1 chicken

2 onions

? tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 bottle of light beer

Rinse processed chicken, to separate the flesh from the bones and cut the fillets into small pieces. Salt, add the oregano and pepper.

Onion peel and cut into slices.

Pour the chicken and onions with a bottle of beer and marinate for 10 hours.

Put alternately on skewers chicken pieces and onion. Fry until cooked on the grill.

As a garnish, you can use jereny potatoes, sprigs of fresh herbs - cilantro, dill or parsley.
