Chicken shish kebab
1 PCs chicken
1 light beer - bottle
2 onion - head
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
salt
Processed chicken rinse. Separate the flesh from the bones and chop it into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, add the oregano. Onion peel and cut into slices. Onions and chicken fill light beer and marinate for 10 hours.
Alternately onto skewers chicken pieces and onion slices. Roast in the grill until tender.
Garnish serve with fried potatoes, sprigs of fresh herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro.
