English muffin with bacon and poppy
Bread, rolls, cupcakes and the pastries - this is our history. We have the whole family together love and savoury and sweet pies. Favorite pastries are not sweet - cheese, but today's recipe is not about that. The cupcake I decided to combine the bacon and Mac. Because of this ingredient as dried poppy, a perfect place for sweet cakes, and pastries with meat.
Ingredients:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 6-7 g dry yeast
- a pinch of salt and sugar
- 1 egg
- 210 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 3-4 tbsp. poppy
- 100 g any cheese
- 100 g bacon
Estimated cooking time: 1 hour 30 minutes.
In one portion about 270 calories.
Method of preparation:
Bolt flour in a deep bowl, add the egg.
In warm milk bred yeast, put there salt, sugar.
Pour the resulting mixture into the flour, knead a homogeneous batter. Pour the poppy, again well kneaded. Cover with cling film capacity, leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Bacon cut into small cubes, RUB cheese on a grater.
Enter the meat and cheese in the dough, put on the molds.
Bake in absolutely any form. I used a couple of round portions and 1 small form cake pan.
The dough to stay in tins for about 15 minutes, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes until Golden brown. I wish you all Bon appetit and new taste sensations!
