What you need:

1 kg wheat flour

350 g milk

125 g butter or margarine

30 g yeast

300 g Mac

150 g honey

powdered sugar for decoration

Prepare the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, put salt, sugar and stir well until dissolved. Add the eggs (leave a little for greasing the surface) and flour, knead the dough by adding at the end the softened butter or margarine (leave a little for greasing the sheet). Dough flour, close the cloth and put in a warm place to ferment for 3-4 hours. Make one or two obminski in the fermentation process.

For the filling poppy brew with boiling water, soak for 30-40 minutes. Drain the water and grind the poppy through a meat grinder, add the honey, sugar and stir until thick mass education.

The finished dough podocyte in bowl, let stand 5-8 minutes, then roll out to a thickness of 1-1,5 cm On the layer of dough evenly apply minced poppy and roll into a roll.

On a greased sheet, place the roll seam side down and allow to rest for some time in a warm place.

Before baking the shell of the roll, poke, brush with egg and bake at 220-240 �C for 20-30 minutes.

Ready roll cover with a towel and allow to cool before serving, cut into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
