Salad "Kuban"
3 kg green tomatoes
2 kg cabbage
1 kg carrots
1 kg Luke
1 kg red pepper
200 g vinegar 6%
100 g sugar
0,5 l vegetable oil
3 bunch of parsley
1 pod spicy or bitter pepper
black pepper
salt
Cut all as usual salad, grate the carrot, pepper and salt, put into a bowl, pour vegetable oil, add sugar and vinegar, stir.
Put the salad "Kuban" on the stove, over medium heat, bring to boil, stirring constantly, after boiling, cook for 10 minutes, then add the finely chopped parsley, cook for another 3-5 minutes
Next canning is done as follows: salad "Kuban" unfolds on the banks, rolled, wrap yourself in a blanket to cool down.
