Green salad with vinegar and oil
300 g green leaf lettuce
1 cucumber
1 Art. l. 3% vinegar
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
white bread crust
garlic
greens
salt
Cut into julienne salad, put in a salad bowl.
Cut the cucumber into thin circles, add to the salad.
Grate the peel garlic bread, cut into small diamonds, to add to the salad.
Preparation of the sauce: combine the vinegar and vegetable oil, stir, season with salad prepared sauce.
Before serving green salad with vinegar and oil sprinkled with dill or parsley.
