Light salad in Budapest
125 g salami
2 cloves of garlic

1 Art. l. vinegar

Peppers cleaned of cores, cut into thin strips.
Onions cut into rings, salami - strips.
Connect prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, peel garlic, squeeze through the press on salad garlic juice.
Preparation of sauce: Mix sour cream with pepper, vinegar and salt.
