3-4 fresh cucumber

1 chicken leg

For the omelette:

1 egg

1 tbsp. milk

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. vinegar

Boil the beef until tender, cut the fillets into strips, just chop the cucumbers.

Beat the egg with the flour, milk, salt, make a thin omelette, let it cool, and cut into strips.
