Lean sandwich pate of beans
1 tinned beans
1 big onions
1 carrots
1 coriander or parsley
1/4-1/2 glass Grechka nuts
3-5 tbsp. vegetable oil
1-2 tsp. vinegar
?-1 tsp. salt
garlic
red pepper
hops suneli
Finely chop the onion over medium heat fry it with oil until soft.
On a coarse grater grate carrots, add to the onions, cook until soft, so that the carrots were not slightly burnt.
Drain the liquid from the beans in a bowl.
Cut the vegetables, beans and nuts in a grinder, add the chopped parsley and garlic, passed through the press, pour the liquid from the beans (to desired consistency of the paste), add the vinegar, pepper and salt to taste.
