Blades (beans)
250 g fresh green beans or 300 g canned green beans
1 Art. l. with the top of the flour

1 Art. l. fat
2 potatoes
1 l water
cup sour cream
paprika, salt, butter or lard
parsley and dill
Fresh green beans cut into pieces of length 2-W cm and boil in salted water. Add the chopped potatoes and bring to the readiness.
At the end of cooking the soup with sour cream, mixed with roasted flour and paprika, and cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
In the finished soup add a piece of butter and chopped parsley and dill.
If you cook fried from fat, then shred it, fry cracklings, sprinkle with paprika, remove from heat and mix with soup. The oil in this case does not need to be added.
