Light soup with beans and tomatoes
750 g White canned beans
500 ml vegetable broth / water
400 g fresh tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 onions
2 Art. l. olive oil
2 Art. l. dried basil
1 Art. l. tomato paste
1 Art. l. ground cumin
2 h. l. ground coriander
1-2 h. l. paprika
? h. l. chili powder (optional)
1 tbsp heat the olive oil in a pan for cooking the soup, put the chopped onion and crushed garlic, fry for 3 minutes, then put the cumin, paprika, coriander and fry for 1 minute.
Tomato slice, add to the pan, put the tomato paste, pour broth or water, bring everything to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes.
Add to soup washed beans, cook for 5 minutes.
Before serving a light soup with beans and tomatoes and basil put chilli (if desired).
