Soup of white beans in a hurry
2 glass chopped white onion
2 glass chopped poblano chile pepper
1 glass chopped sweet red pepper
4 garlic cloves, crushed
400 g 2 cans () fat-free chicken broth
425 g 2 cans () kidney beans, rinsed and the dried

Preheat a cast-iron pan, sprayed with non-stick spray well, on average (above average) fire. Add the onion, chili pepper, red pepper, garlic. Passaged for about 5 minutes.
