Beans with cheese and vegetables
the glass beans
0,5 glass soy sauce
1-2 things cloves
melted cheese (a big ice cream)
onions, carrots, peppers and tomatoes
The glass beans are soaked for 6 hours in cold water (attention! Increases in volume by about half!). In a saucepan filled with about 2.5 cups of water and 0.5 cups of soy sauce, it throws 1-2 things cloves, two peas of black and white pepper and other spices to taste. When it boils, pour in a pot of beans and simmer over low heat for 45-50 minutes. After this period, add fried in vegetable oil onions, carrots, peppers and tomatoes, stir, add shredded processed cheese (a big ice cream). After dissolution of the cheese, the dish is ready. You can eat both hot and cold.
