Soup with red beans and sweet peppers
1 glass beans
3 sweet pepper
200 g cabbage
2 tomatoes
1 onions
2 Art. l. chopped dill
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 l water
salt
Beans soak for 5-6 hours in cold water.
Cook the beans until tender.
Sliced onions and tomatoes, peppers cut into strips, warm with all the vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the cabbage, cut into strips, pour hot water and bring to a boil.
Add finished beans, salt, and cook for 5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
