Potatoes with beans and chili peppers
300 g preserved or cooked red beans
300 g green onions
4-5 potato tubers
2 cloves of garlic
1 red chili
2 Art. l. soy sauce
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. chopped cilantro
1 Art. l. sesame
ground black pepper
salt
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water, drain, cut it into cubes.
Oil heated to 160 degrees and fry it finely chopped onion, pepper, sliced into strips and pre-chopped garlic. Fry all 1-2 minutes then add the beans and potatoes.
Pour over vegetables soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, pepper and salt.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil vegetables, then remove from heat.
Before serving sprinkle potatoes with beans and chili peppers chopped herbs and sesame seeds.
