Vegetables, sauted with mushrooms
2 PCs potatoes
100 g beans
1 PCs peppers
1 onion - head
100 g mushrooms
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Potatoes, boil in salted water with the addition of cumin until tender, cut into slices.
Beans cut into slices, sweet pepper, and onion rings, mushrooms - sliced.
Beans simmered in a little water.
Mushrooms saut with the onions in butter for 10 minutes, add the peppers, beans and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
When serving vegetables with mushrooms and set aside on a dish, sprinkle with green onions, cut into rings.
