Beans, fried with vegetables (2)
200 g White beans, canned
2 shallots - head
2 pcs. sweet pepper
150 g zucchini
150 g mushrooms
80 g olives, pitted
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 h. l. rosemary
spices - to taste
Beans in a colander fold.
Shallots cut into cubes, saut in butter until golden brown, add the beans, olives, cook for another 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Pepper and zucchini cut into cubes, mushrooms - sliced. Pepper and zucchini connect with beans and onions, saute for 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms, rosemary and saute for another 5 minutes.
When serving vegetables out onto a plate and complete greenery.
