Meat stewed with sweet peppers
Required Products:
150 g pork - pulp
6 pcs. sweet pepper
1 Art. l. green chopped meat - 1 tsp. for sauce
starch
3-4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. red wine
1 h. l. salt
1 h. l. sugar
Meat cut into strips, sprinkle with herbs, mix with a small amount of water diluted with starch and leave for 30 minutes.
Pepper peel and cut into strips.
For the sauce, mix greens, wine, salt and sugar.
Prepared meat fry in hot oil for 5 minutes, then remove and allow oil to drain. At the same oil fry the pepper for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the meat, pour the cooked sauce and simmer all together for a few minutes.
Serve the dish hot.
