Meat in a spicy sauce
Required products:
1 kg lamb , pork or beef - pulp
3 sweet pepper - pod
2 a pepper - pod
5 PCs tomatoes
3 onion - head
3-4 garlic cloves
50 g vegetable oil
1 tsp. hops suneli
parsley
Basil
salt
Prepared meat cut into cubes 1 cm thick and fry in vegetable oil until soft.Prepared peppers, tomatoes and onions cut into cubes, mix it with meat and bring to readiness. Parsley and chopped Basil, season with spices, grated garlic, add chopped hot peppers. Put the chopped vegetables in stews, stir, warm. When serving, decorate with greens.
