Spicy soup with spices "Mulligatawny"
1 l nourishing chicken or beef broth
200 g beef
6 garlic cloves
2 jars of tomatoes in the property. juice
1 carrots
1 red onion
1 sweet red pepper
1 ginger root (7cm)

1 glass natural yogurt

2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. tomato puree

black pepper

Garlic peel, ginger root, peel and chop with peppers, remove seeds, cut, to separate the cilantro leaves from the stems and finely chop both the beef cut into small pieces.
Heat a large deep frying pan, pour a little oil, put chopped carrots, onions, hot and sweet peppers, ginger, garlic and cilantro stems. Cook on a slow fire until tender vegetables, add curry powder, tomato puree, stir, add the meat, broth, yogurt, tomatoes, 1 tsp. salt and pepper.
Bring to boil, leave for 2 hours to prepare on a slow fire until the meat becomes very soft, if necessary, add fluid (hot boiled water).
Remove the pan from the heat, immersion blender to grind the soup to the consistency of mashed potatoes. If there is no blender, the soup can be crushed by Tolkowsky for mashed potatoes, if needed salt and pepper.
Spicy soup with spices "Mulligatawny" can be diluted with boiling water if it is too thick.
Before serving, add in spicy soup with spices "Mulligatawny" chopped cilantro leaves.
