500 g flesh beef

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

1 Art. l. wheat flour

5 g chopped garlic

5 g chopped ginger root

Cut the beef into small pieces and cover with water, add salt and ginger and bring to a boil, remove the foam, then cook until tender over low heat. When the meat is cooked, cut it into thin slices.

Finely chop the onion, fry it until golden brown in butter, add the flour and fry for a few seconds, stirring constantly.

Add to the onion curry, meat, compress for 3 minutes, then pour 1 liter of water, bring the soup to a boil, add salt and cook for another 5 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped wild garlic soup.
