Carrot soup with ginger (lean)
1 kg carrots
1-2 cloves of garlic
1-2 onions
1 ginger root about 2-5 cm
Peeled, cut into circles carrots in a blender grind the garlic and onions, or finely chop them.
Pour on the bottom of the pot a little oil, fry the carrots, garlic, onions together, pour boiling water, boil until tender.
Chop ginger, add a few minutes before the end of cooking, if desired, pepper soup and add salt, sprinkle to taste with nutmeg or other spices.
Before serving carrot soup with ginger grind in a blender, a meatless soup will appeal to all.
