The Lenten soup with celery and onions
3-4 petioles of celery
2-3 fresh tomatoes/1/2 cans of tomatoes in the FDS. juice
2 large bulbs
2 arrows leeks
1 large carrot
1 ginger root -2 cm
Finely chop the carrot and onion, leeks, celery, tomatoes, pour all the vegetables in boiling water, boil them until tender.
Ginger peel, grind in a blender with water or RUB on a grater, to put in the soup.
Before serving the soup vegetable with celery and onions should infuse.
